Amy J. Benjamin
Amy J. Benjamin is the founding partner of Benjamin Law PC and has more than thirty years of experience in intellectual property and advertising law.
Ms. Benjamin’s practice focuses on intellectual property law including trademark, copyright, unfair competition litigation, counseling and procurement, and advertising law. She has considerable experience with Internet, new media, and on-line matters such as key word and pop-up advertising and domain name issues. Ms. Benjamin manages significant U.S. and foreign trademark portfolios, providing prosecution, clearance opinions and counseling services to her clients. She is also experienced in advertising and packaging review, licensing, and due diligence for corporate matters.
